Frequently Asked Questions

Q - When is the show open?

The show is open from 09.30 - 17.00 on Wednesday 17th February 2010.

Q - Who is eligible for a free ticket?

Anyone working within a removals, storage, self storage or relocation company. Also anyone who works in a related field such as Facilities Management or Warehousing, and anyone who is thinking of starting a business in one of these sectors. You are not eligible to attend if you are a supplier to these industries. If you are selling rather than buying, then you need to take an exhibition stand if you want to gain access to the show.

Q - How do I register?

Our registration system opens in early November. You can get your free tickets by registering on this website, or by calling us on 020 7263 1407.

Q - Once I have registered, when will I receive my badge?

At the end of the registration process, a confirmation of your booking/s will be emailed to you - you should print this and bring it to the show. Official badges will be sent to you around a week before the show opens, but if you do not receive your badge for any reason, your confirmation of booking will guarantee you free entry.

Q - Can I get a ticket on the day?

Yes, but you will still need to complete a registration form and your ticket will be subject to a £10 administration fee which must be paid in cash. Suppliers to the industry who are not exhibiting will not be admitted on the day.

Yes - children under 18 may attend provided that they are registered for badges and accompanied by an adult at all times.
