Each year exhibitors and visitors ask us for hotel recommendations. Hopefully the suggestions on this page will offer something for everyone, whether your priority is to be very close to the exhibition venue, or to source a basic and cost effective room for the night. If you are looking for a hotel which is good for socialising and networking, then most of the staff and exhibitors stay at the Holiday Inn.

We have negotiated some very good rates from four local hotels for visitors and exhibitors at the show this year.
The Holiday Inn

This hotel is directly adjacent to the International Centre and has comfortable rooms, a recently refurbished restaurant and bar, a games room and an on-site leisure club.

The Grays

This friendly and welcoming hotel is close to Telford town centre, and within easy walking distance of the International Centre.

This hotel is also right next door (no more than a two minute walk) to the International Centre. Its rooms are basic but comfortable, it has a small bar, and guests can use the facilities at the adjacent Holiday Inn.

Park Inn
- £65 per night (single) incl:

Located just off the M54 and near the train station, this is a great location for coming to the show and exploring Telford at the same time. The Park Inn offers comfortable bedrooms, a games room, the RBG bar and grill and an indoor pool, all within walking distance of the Telford International Centre.
However, early bookings are advisable as we have a limited allocation of rooms here, and the special rate only applies to bookings made at least one month before the show.
