This year we have negotiated a special deal for our exhibitors and visitors at the Crowne Plaza hotel on the NEC site. The hotel offers modern, tastefully decorated rooms, free parking, and is just a short walk or drive from the exhibition hall.

If you are booking online, please note the following:
- When you go to the Crowne Plaza website, enter the details of your stay where it says Check Availability on the left hand side, and write A01 in the Group Code box.
- Only the single occupancy rate of £109 will be displayed, but if you require double occupancy then a £10 supplement will be charged on departure.
- Numbers of twin rooms and smoking rooms are extremely limited. If you require one of these then you will need to call the number above to make your reservation.
