Exhibitor Manual

Here are the documents that will assist you in exhibiting. Please use the below forms and information sheets to order anything you need - from floral displays to plasma screens, additional plug sockets to sofas - and then return them to the respective contractor.

Furniture stock and prices can be viewed at www.europainternational.com. Orders can be placed using the forms below, or online.

Parking passes and staff badges will be sent to you around one week before the show.

Set up is from 14.00 to 18.00 on Tuesday 16th February unless you have been advised otherwise. You can also access the hall from 08.00 on Wednesday to finalise your display. Stands will be broken from 18.00 on Wednesday, and the hall must be completely clear by 22.00. On Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday evening vehicles may be brought into the back of the hall for loading and unloading - our onsite marshalls will direct you.
