Q When is the show open?

A The show is open from 10-5 on Monday 21st and 10-4 on Tuesday 22nd November 2011.

Q Who is eligible for a free ticket?

A Anyone working within a removals, storage, self storage or relocation company. Also anyone who works in a related field such as Facilities Management or Warehousing, and anyone who is thinking of starting a business in one of these sectors. You are not eligible to attend if you are a supplier to these industries. If you are selling rather than buying, then you need to take an Exhibition Stand if you want to gain access to the show.

Q How do I register?

A Our registration system opens in May. You can get your free tickets by registering on this website (click here), or by calling 01983 400317.

Q Once I have registered, when will I receive my badge?

A When you complete the registration process, you should receive a confirmation e-mail. Badges will be sent out a few days before the show opens. However, just in case yours goes missing in the post, we recommend that you print your confirmation e-mail so you can present it on the door. Without a badge or a confirmation e-mail, you will need to pay £10 to enter the show.

Q Can I get a ticket on the day?

A Yes, but you will still need to complete a registration form and your ticket will be subject to a £10 administration fee which must be paid in cash. Suppliers to the industry who are not exhibiting will not be admitted on the day.

Q Can children attend?

A Yes – children under 18 may attend provided that they are registered for badges and accompanied by an adult at all times.
